First of all, I would suggest you think again before taking PM & HRD although it's good but, I would suggest you to do HR from top colleges like TISS, NMIMS Mumbai, etc. You would definitely get better opportunities from these colleges. Now, let's talk about Balaji Institute of Modern Management's Pm & HRD.
BIMM is no doubt a good college, and majority of its students pursue PGDM in marketing. So, college focuses more on marketing placements but they didn't take HR lightly. They call many big companies in campus like Vedanta, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. And common placements we have seen in HR is 4-7 but the highest goes to 14.

It depends on your score. If you have better options than Balaji, then go for it but as far as I know, if you have 75 percentile to 80 percentile than BIMM is a good option even in PM&HRD, many good companies come for recruitment like Vedanta, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, etc. who offers 12-14 LPA. The only cons I think is its 365 days working culture, with a 90+ attendance, but if you can sustain its wo

Yes. You may go for it but make sure that it is a regular one. As regular courses give you more better picture of the course and also, their certificates have strong hold as compared to distance ones. Make sure you have your experience certificate along. It can be used at the time of applying elsewhere.

Hi Harshith!
Yes, you can go for human resources specialisation after three years of Diploma in business administration. You need to appear for the entrance exam. After clearing this, you will get admission in PGDM.
Best of luck.

First, you have to decide which direction you want to go like which sector you want to choose. Then, go for some free online courses like Google digital fundamentals, Google analytics and Google ad search. These are some basic courses you should know. Then, go for MS Excel, MS Powerpoint. All the best.
