For PGDM (HR) Sri Balaji Society Pune is best option. BIMM (Balaji Institute of Modern Management) is its best college & BIMHRD (Balaji Institute of Management & Human Resource Development) is specially for the Human Resource Course. Apart from this JIMS Rohini is also good for PGDM (HR) because their faculty who taught HR subjects are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their field. But Placements in HR are very few and late. It takes place till the last month of ending of the session and almost 60% of the students are placed yet. In terms of placements JIMS is the best college if you will talk about Marketing than HR bu

But specially, you asked about salary so the packages depend on company which hire you and most important is your college if you are doing from IIMs or top schools then in both branch will give you good hike and second thing is your knowledge. So, decide stream according to your area of interest and your skills.
