Yes, you can apply for the course. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.
Interested candidates can apply directly to the college.

Without clearing the backlogs, one cannot pursue his/her full-time MBA from any college. Try to clear them as soon as possible, appear for the various MBA entrance exams of your choice, perform well in the interview rounds (if shortlisted), and then only you can resume your MBA.

First of all, both the streams are amazing to follow. You need to find out that which field you are passionate about. If you are amazing in dealing with people then you should go ahead with HR. If you are interested in all the maintaining a company's finances or all the finance related stuff then charge on Finance. In the end, it all depends on your passion and your liking. There is an excellent MBA programme in India I would recommend to you.
