Hello,
Without clearing the backlogs, one cannot pursue his/her full-time MBA from any college. Try to clear them as soon as possible, appear for the various MBA entrance exams of your choice, perform well in the interview rounds (if shortlisted), and then only you can resume your MBA.

IIM-Bangalore is the best option. Other than this, SIBM-Bangalore, NMIMS-Bangalore. In Hyderabad, USB-Hyderabad, IMT-Hyderabad, NMIMS-Hyderabad. These are some good options.

First of all, both the streams are amazing to follow. You need to find out that which field you are passionate about. If you are amazing in dealing with people then you should go ahead with HR. If you are interested in all the maintaining a company's finances or all the finance related stuff then charge on Finance. In the end, it all depends on your passion and your liking.
