Hi,
Yes as per your profile you may surely pursue MBA in HR, it would not at all be difficult for you to manage MBA in HR after BBM in marketing.
However if you have not taken admission in MBA yet, so in that case I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

To pursue a career in Dietetics and Nutrition you need to study Home Science or Dietetics and Nutrition, Food Science/Technology courses at the graduate and postgraduate levels.
To seek admission in Bachelor course in Nutrition & Dietetics you need to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Home Science and Biology).
