Dear Steven, you have not mentioned locality of your preference here. If you are ready to relocate yourself anywhere in India, then many options are open for you. As you have mentioned that your preferred core specialty is Human Resource Management, so many universities offer this program. You can choose SRM University for your MBA. Hello friend, You've pretty much answered a lot about the HR roles. I would just add this, HR jobs may not be the job that is more in demand but it is the safest job to do in business and one should have good networking skill, good knowledge about the organisation to perform this job. People who possess the skill to manage crisis and people should go for HR. CSR is a new addition in HR job roles in India now. Labor law and human psychology is yet other subjects which HR executive should know of.
