If you are working and have no time for a full time course opt for Executive MBA. But if you are a non-working graduate, it is best to pursue a fulltime MBA or PDBM from a reputed institute since it will fetch you high paying jobs.

It all depends on your focus. If you want to be able to move from different sectors without any issues, you should opt for HR. Also, if you are a peoples person and like interacting with people on regular basis, then HR is the field for you.
IT is a field which is experiencing a slowdown in the current economy, but the possibilities are endless with amazing challenges.

The scope of doing an MBA in Human Resource is quite huge as almost every company, irrespective of their size needs HR professionals in order to handle the man power of that organization.
Post MBA in HR one can work in various fields like:
1)Payroll management
2)Talent acquisition( Recruitment)
3)Administration
4)Employee engagement
5)Business Partnering
It is advisable to go for a 2 year full time course from a tier 1 B school. You have to write CAT, XAT or other entrance exam for the same.
