If you missed JEE Mains this year, you can't sit for Advance and hence you will not be eligible for IITM this year.

It varies year to year. But try to score above 50% marks to get IIT-M.

Dear student, no one can tell you cutoff for JEE main and advanced because it changes every year. For getting admission in IIT Madras, you have to attend JEE Mains exam and then if you have qualified you can go for JEE Advance exam. If you will qualify this exam with a fine rank then only you will get into IIT Madras. There is another way that is IIT JAM through this also you can get into IIT Madras.
