Hello,
As far as I know, you cannot change the college during your last year of graduation. So, you can complete your course and then write the entrance exams to get admission in the other colleges for post graduate courses.

Hi Elukati,
There are around 3-4 friends of mine who studied B.Tech in IIT-Madras and one of my friends is currently an M.Tech student of this college. According to them, the college has wonderful teachers. Their placement scenario is good. It's also a very good institute for research oriented people.
All the best.

Very sad on your dropping out. No short cuts are there. Go for a Bachelor's degree afresh and this time, you should target the goal. Regards.
