Yes, but you have to score more than 9.4 CGPA for CSE in IIT Madras and more than 8.5CGPA for IT and Mechanical in first semester examination.

According to me, CSE has more scope than chemical. So you actually go for CSE in NITK instead of chemical. It also depends on your interests. Please don't choose a branch depending on the college. It's your branch in which you will build your career ahead, so choose wisely.

No, you cannot get admission. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech in any branch of IIT, Madras is minimum 60% in BE/B.Tech with a valid GATE score as per the cutoff in specific branch.

Hello Tejas,
Metallurgy and Aerospace, both these branches are in a way specialised. Placements in both are little tough. But I feel Aeronautical Engineering has better scope in future India and hence I would advise you to take it before metallurgy.
