As per the IIT Madras JEE Advanced cutoff 2024, BTec in CSE was the most challenging to secure for the SC AII India category students. In 2024, the first and last-round closing ranks for admission to the Computer Science and Engineering course stood at 65 and 72, respectively. To get the admission in IIT Chennai for Gen EWS, you must get the best rank in JEE Mains advanced and you must pass the IIT Madras cutoff which changes every year. The rank of JEE Advanced will determine the seat. For GEN EWS process you must take part in JoSAA Counseling and finish the admission process.
