Well, the course offered by IISC is more research -centric which leads to a different field and not as much favourable in getting the highest paid job. While, NITIE offers the courses which are more aligned to Technology and industry and the one who wants to pursue MBA from here so yes it is the right place to look for.

If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. Also, profiles like Store/floor Manager will help you explore more on your inclination towards Operations and Supply Chain Management. This will be very helpful and would give you a more clear understanding when you pursue your MBA. Yes, you can get NITIE Mumbai, but have to score 720+ to getting the call from this college.

Unfortunately, minimum graduation percentage requirement for NITIE is 60. However, there are other good colleges for operations as specialisation. You can always apply there with decent entrance exam score.
