For IU Germany admission, international students are required a IELTS score minimum level of 6.0. Students need to provide proof of English language proficiency if their native language is not English. Apart from IELTS, the university accepts other English language proficiency tests, which are listed below:
· TOEFL (minimum 80 points)
· IELTS (minimum Level 6)
· Duolingo English Test (minimum 95 points)

I would advise you to check the placements at their website to have an idea. About worth doing, check whether it is recognized by UGC and aicte or not though acc. to 2013 supreme court ruling an mba does not require aicte approval but its yet not clear so you must check that.
Most of the programme run in collaboration with universities abroad need certain criteria to be fulfilled so ensure that.
