For CSE you should atleast have around 300 marks.

The weightage of JEE Advanced is not fixed. It can be of any marks. Almost every year the weightage is different.

The JEE Advanced exam is conducted all over India for admissions into IITs.
The JEE Advanced score determines your all India rank. The admissions into IITs are based on your ranks which further depend on your score.
Higher your score, greater will be your rank and also chances to get the top IITs.
The official closing ranks for the year 2017 is not declared. So I'm giving you the official opening and closing ranks for the year 2016.

Most of the colleges admit you on the basis of JEE Mains score and not Advanced. All the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs have the similar criterion for choosing on the basis of JEE Mains.

Considering your category, you need a score around 90-100 in JEE Advanced to get any IITs.

The minimum marks required for SC category to get IIT is 80+.

For admission in IITs, target more than 130 marks in JEE Advanced if you belong to the general category.
