Hello N Karthik Karanth, if you are a general category student, you have to secure JEE Advanced rank around 5000. That means you have to score around 180 marks or more out of 360 in the JEE Advanced that you appear. All the best for your Preparation!

Hello Tripti Kumari,
The reason they did not consider your OBC would be because you would not have submitted OBC- NCL Certificate, you might belong creamy layer in OBC category. If you have secured this rank, you might not get admission in any of the IITs. You can apply for other colleges. All the best for your preparation!

Hello Rohit Verma,
You have to score approximately 120 marks because you belong to OBC category to get into any branch in IIT, if you were in general category you would have to score 180 marks. If you want CS from good IITs, you have to score around 220 marks. All the best for preparation!

Hello Mukesh, first of all there is a cutoff score for JEE Advanced, that is independent of the board marks that you secure. It is around 110 marks. So, unfortunately, you wont be able to appear for JEE Advanced. All the Best!
