You should fill the entrance form of other colleges as without JEE you won't be eligible for IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. Though some private colleges also conduct their own entrance.

With 22 marks in JEE Mains you will not get a good college. Either give any other entrance exam or a drop to prepare for next year JEE. Other private colleges also conduct their entrances for the admission.

Yes, it is but no, it is not if you do not prepare well. JEE Mains is not based on how you can mug up things, it's totally based on your understanding of the topic. So JEE Mains is not tough. Be optimistic. If you think it is tough then it will always be tough. There are 2.5 lacs aspirants qualifying JEE, think about them. You can be the one, just be optimistic and work smart and a bit hard.
