Yes, you can easily get into good NIT at this score, since you have cleared the cut-off prescribed by the NTA and hence you can get good NITs and in good branches.

No, at this rank, you can get admission in this college regardless of any campus. For that, you have to opt for the management quota and from there, you can get this branch in whichever campus you want.

Most probably, you have a chance to get a seat at SASTRA University, with your JEE marks, but it is difficult to get the stream you wish. You have to choose only the remaining streams.

The RNS Institute of Technology accept only KEACET and COMEDK scores for admission to B.E. programs. JEE-Main result is acceptable for admission under management quota.
So, you have to seek the another college.
