You can get NIT College with this rank but the stream you won't get CSE, IT, etc. Other government colleges which you can get is UIET (Panjab University) etc. with this rank. Good luck.

Actually speaking, even 100 percentile in JEE Mains examination conducted by NTA will not get you a seat in IIT. However a good score is definitely required in the examination to get clearance for appearing in JEE Advanced. It is the score which you obtain in JEE Advanced that will be the deciding factor for admissions in all of the IIT's. It goes without saying that you must do well in JEE Mains so that you are in the zone where your percentile is enough to get you qualify for JEE Advanced.
