Hello Krishna Kumar,I am attaching a link that will give you in detail all the required information about eligibility for getting admission into NIT. I am afraid you have just about 51% marks in your class 12th. This could be a hindrance for getting admission since minimum 75% marks are required for a general category candidate and a little less for other categories. According to your percentile and rank, you can get admission in many NITs and IIIs. Some of them are following.
1. NIT Agartala, cse
2.NIT Arunanchal Pradesh, Electrical, Mechanical
3.NIT Mizoram, CSE
4.NIT Silchar, Civil
5.NIT Manipur, CSE
6.NIT Meghalaya, CSE
There are many more college, where you can get admission. But try to do better in next exam.

Chances of getting CSE in any of these colleges are very low.

There are less chances for you to get ME in NIT KKR with this rank.
The cut-off generally goes around 17k-18k. So, I don't think you can get mechanical here, but you can try for other branches such as Civil, Electrical, PIE.
