Here is a list of books, which I would recommend:
Maths
NCERT
RD Sharma
TMH Mains and Advance
PAST YEAR PAPERS
CHEMISTRY:
NCERT
AK MANGLIK
PAST YEAR PAPERS
PHYSICS:
NCERT
HC VERMA
Past Year Papers
Inspite of these sources also, go for Mohit Tyagi Lectures and Physics Galaxy Videos. This is the ultimate preparing material that one needs. Hope, it helps.
Thank you.

I don't think, you should leave any chapters of class 11th, if you really want to score well in BITSAT. BITSAT is an exam, which checks how much you know, therefore you must cover everything. Hope it helps.
Thank You.

Generally the cutoff of Mains exam is decreasing rapidly. Surely you can expect it to be around 90-100 marks for general category. For more help visit the link below:-

Firstly, you can appear for JEE Mains exam on the basis of your Diploma also. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th by IIT, and hence you can indeed get admission into IIT based on your Diploma provided of course you have fulfilled other associated criteria. https://www.jee-main.net/eligibility-criteria-2019/
Best wishes to you. Hope it helps.
Thank you.
