Mimimum criteria for government college is 55% if you have good score in JEE exam. Maybe, they can consider According to score card try for colleges or you can try some good private colleges.

Hello Sai Teja, National Testing Agency has conducted JEE Mains in the month of January spread across many sessions. Students from each session were then compared with themselves and given the percentile score. Similarly the exam is going to be conducted over multiple sessions in the month of April for the second time and again results will be declared in percentile form calculated for each station independently. The conversion of percentile into rank is a very difficult process though not impossible. Hello Sangeeta, There is only onel JEE Mains examination which is conducted by National testing agency. Many states of India accept the scores of this examination instead of conducting their own exam for admission to engineering colleges. A student belong to a particular state has to register himself in the counselling of the centralised admission process quoting hiys JEE Mains score for getting admission in the college in the state. No correction can be made at a later stage after submission of an application. Further, no change will be accepted through offline mode I.e. through fax/application including e-mail etc. Which is why there will be no corrections in the application form of JEE Mains (January).

It's great that you love computer science. There are also many good private colleges in which you take admission in your desire subject. They take admission through their own entrance test. Some of them are VITEEE, SRMJEE, BITSET and many more.

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), should have been born on or after October 1, 1987.
