It is based on your knowledge and preparation. Since qualifying Mains is easy by minimum practice but it will not help you to get good colleges.

With 54 marks you will not get a seat in any NIT as the score is not for the colleges you want to join. So try for IIITs to have better opportunities.

Yes, if your answer is wrong then 5 marks will automatically be lost. You have 4 marks for each question, if you choose a wrong answer then -1 will be awarded.
