Reading material for JEE paper 2 is available in some preparatory exam books available in the market and also online. But, I would suggest you to collect previous year question papers and go through it, since the pattern would remain the same.

You can find universities in Germany, most UG programs are free, but extremely competitive to get admission. Norway, Ireland etc. are also very affordable for studies.

If you practice all the previous JEE Mains papers, you will only get to know the number of models and how the questions are being asked. So, based on the models and the concept, you can easily attempt 30 questions. All the best.
