Yes you need to score good since seats filed quickly in CSE and cutoff also goes high for CSE. Try for the TOP IIT like IIT BOMBAY IIT DELHI etc. If you score around 220 then you can easily get the IIIT through JEE Main ONLY no need to go for JEE advance. If you score good in JEE advance too then you will definitely get the IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee etc. Talking about the private University then try for GALGOTIA, LPU, UPES, SRM and Amity

Hello Shiv!
It basically depends upon you category. If you are from general category and Delhi resident then a rank about 1 lakh will get you a branch at least in DTU. Moreover, you should qualify JEE Mains for branch of your choice.

You have a good JEE rank. You will get DTU CSE for sure. Just apply for JAC Delhi Counselling.

For entry in Maritime University they have their own exam called IMUCET. The application for the exam goes out in month of May and the exam is conducted in the early June.

The minimum marks (i.e. cutoff) differ from college to college. You should score to your best always. You need to score near about 250-300 to take hassle free admission in your desired college.

If you are not a Diploma certificate holder then you can't get DTU without appearing in JEE Mains exam.
If you have Diploma then apply for LEET entry exam.

Cutoff rank of NSIT for 2018 is given below:
Round 1:- CSE (37.4k), IT (40.6k), ECE (50k).
Round 2:- CSE (45.7k), IT (48k), ECE (75.7k).
Round 3:- CSE (46.7k), IT (48.7K), ECE (90k)
Round 4:- CSE (46.7k), IT (54k), ECE (93.5k)
Round 5:- CSE (46.7k), IT (66.6k), ECE (97k).
Round 6:- CSE (48.7k), IT (73.1k), ECE (110.2k).
