Can't say actually. The counselling process in GNDU is like a lucky draw one. May be, you can and may be you can't.
So, I would say you must attend the counselling for that.

Honestly speaking about your rank, I think you must concentrate on other entrance exams or their rank because this rank is not of any use. Talking about NITs or IIITs, for admission, your OBC rank needs to be less than 15000. You may take admission to other good college or you can take a drop and try again in next year for these colleges. Hope this will help you.

Hello Shashi,
I must congratulate you for fixing your aim. Once aim is fixed then one can plan and execute it to achieve the aim. First and foremost, you must assign time for each subject every day. Also, assign time for exercise including yoga and pranayama. Also, assign time for relaxation. One should neither study continuously nor waste too much time in breaks/relaxations. Start taking mock exams after few months. In addition to this, study for 11th/12th with the aim of understanding. That's all.

You can expect IIITs and few NITs. But the Chances for getting an NIT is low. Chance of getting IIITs is slightly higher than NITs. Use JEE Mains College predictor by Shiksha. Go on the link above fill in your details and get the courses, colleges & rounds you may crack. Also do your own research. Take out the list of NITs and IIITs.
