If your location is your priority, I would suggest google some of the good universities which accepts JEE Mains marks. Though, moving out of your location, you can get any NIT accepts top 4 or 5. Some better suggestions are BIT-Mesra, NIT-Bhopal, NIT-Durgapur, NIT-Kurukshetra, NIT-Raipur.

Your rank is too high to get a seat in a college. Your chances of getting the college are very little. I suggest you to try in private colleges or drop a year for the preparation of JEE Mains further.

According to the marks you have mentioned, you have chances of getting a good college. Also, if in case you don't get the seat with Advanced score then you can get a seat with the help of marks scored in JEE Main. Also, you can apply for DU, DAIICT and some other government colleges. Also, many private colleges also give direct admission since you have qualified JEE Main, but your marks should be good or your class 12th percentage must be hi
