You will not get anything worth with your Mains exam. Moreover, with private colleges and universities, you can pass their entrance and get into that. You can also get into big names such as DTU and JNU through their admission process. At last, you can get into universities such as LPU , CU or Amity. With no hopes left with these, hit refresh and take a drop.
Best of luck.

You'll get a good branch in NIT, don't go for VIT. Though, getting into CSE of Manipal is a big chance. It is really great there. Moreover, other than CSE, you'll get other core branches easily with good NITs. Again, either get into Manipal or Amrita CSE or into other core into the good NITs.
Best of luck.

For CSE, you might get a lower rank NIT which is of not that much worth. I would suggest a good college with different branch.

The best Colleges are top 5 5 NITs (Warangal, Surathakal, Trichy, Rourkela and Jaipur). BIT-Mesra, DTU, DAIICT, IIIT-D, IIIT-H and IIIT-A are also good colleges.

Sorry to say, but you can't get admission in any NIT. For OBC students to get admission in any branch of any NIT, a rank under 12K is required. For general category, it should be under 40K. So, better to go for private colleges because with this score, you can't even get any government college. Don't think of dropping a year for JEE. Go and study in any good college that will be much better.

2500 is a very good rank. Try with your JEE Advanced marks to get admission in IIT-Delhi or else use this wonderful rank to get admission in NIT-Delhi if you didn't take JEE Advanced.
Good luck.
