You might not find it difficult to get admission in private colleges and universities of India. Many small-town colleges take only those who have appeared and won't make it an issue about rank and marks.
You may also apply to private universities like Amity, Manipal, KR Mangalam, CU Mohali, etc.

No, you will not get admission. Also, with these marks, you are likely to get into one of the big private universities. Kindly apply for that. Some recommendations be LPU, Amity, CU, VIT and SRM. These colleges have their separate entrances, though.

The JEE Mains predictor link gives the colleges list for top - 50000 ranks. If your rank is higher than 50000, then you can look for other lists of engineering colleges. Admission to other colleges depends on your selection of colleges.

The maximum rank for DTU is 58537 for biotechnology outside Delhi students for the admission in 2017. All the ranks are below that. Hence, if you lie below that you are easily eligible.

It is quite tough, though not impossible as JJ COA accepts for top students with rankings below 500. Moreover, you still can apply as you stand somewhere there only. Also, you will easily get NIT trichy which is also a good college with the same reputation as JJCOA.
