It is very hard to get NIT even in eastern part NIT.

Maybe, you can get in eastern side NITs. Apply for those nits, some chances are there.

You can easily get CSE in IIITDM Kancheepuram.

You have to do the choice fill-up at JOSAA website after registering with JOSAA. You can put as much college as you want according to your preference. Then after that cutoff will come and according to your rank, you will get the colleges. But make sure that you can't change the preference order after the cutoff or 1st round. After getting college, you have to visit the near NIT for getting enrolled in that college.

Yes, you still have a chance of getting seat in JNTUH in either of Mechanical /Civil /Chemical /Metallurgy. In counselling, they only check your TS EAMCET rank no need to submit JEE Mains rank.
