As per my idea, there are few chances for you to be in any NIT as per your rank. And yes JIIT, Noida is deemed university and there are fare chances for you to get admission here. So, all the best.

You have to do the choice fill-up at JOSAA website after registering with JOSAA. You can put as much college as you want according to your preference. Then after that cutoff will come and according to your rank, you will get the colleges. But make sure that you can't change the preference order after the cutoff or 1st round. After getting college, you have to visit the near NIT for getting enrolled in that college.

Yes, you still have a chance of getting seat in JNTUH in either of Mechanical /Civil /Chemical /Metallurgy. In counselling, they only check your TS EAMCET rank no need to submit JEE Mains rank.
