Some of the good private engineering colleges in Delhi-NCR are as follows:-
1. Shiv Nadar University
2. JSS Academy of technical education, Noida
3. Amity University, Noida
4. SRM University, Ghaziabad
5. Galgotia University
6. KIET, Ghaziabad
7. AKGEC, Ghaziabad
8. ABES engineering. College, gzb.
9. GL Bajaj ITM, Gr. Noida
10. IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
11. RKGIT
These are ranked according to their qualities. The last Four are cheaper options as they are UPTU colleges. Go for them only if you have no other options left. Hope it works well for you.

Yes, you are eligible. Generally, they take admission. Just go and visit the college once and ask the authorities or even call them and ask. By the way, it depends on the branch in which you are interested in. Though, what I know is, if you have a rank of above above 2 lakh and below 7 lakh, you can easily get into it .
