300+ marks are considered for admission for B.Arch in NITs. So, you should try in any private college.
You will definitely get admission in top private colleges.

Your Score is quite good. So kindly apply for Josaa counselling process and you can get some good Institutes like IITs (Less chance but still apply), NITs and IIITS.

As per your rank in your JEE mains and EAMCET,it will be better for you to look forward for colleges under EAMCET domain. So, according to your rank UCT, Osmania University and JNTUH are the best options available for you. However, check here to know more.
