Hello Prince,
As you have got 170 marks in JEE Mains paper-2, the admission will be based upon counselling rounds conducted by various NIT's. The cut-off score for this exam is not yet declared by the responsible authorities.

No, you can't get Admission in Government Colleges in Maharashtra on basis of JEE Main. It requires you to give MHT-CET for this year 2017. Have you given MHT-CET? If given what is your Score? If you can tell your Rank I can suggest you Colleges according to your Rank. Also tell your Category. You Can Fill The Form of DTE Maharashtra's Form for Admission through CAP Rounds. Go to Site of DTE Maharashtra and register yourself as 1st year admission students.

There is some possibility of getting NIT. But, for good NIT, you have to compromise for branch. Rank goes up to 30000 for general category for NITs. So, keep good hopes.

Yes, you may get SGSITS lower branches. Participate in MP counselling. Also, you have fair chances of getting IET, DAVV and JEC Jabalpur. All these colleges are good and are well established institutions.
