You can take part in josaa counseling or apply for Thapar university, Sastra University, Nirma University for getting admission in Engineering college by JEE main score.

You required to score more than 75% in your 12th board or be in top 20 percentile to get selected in JEE college.
You may appear for JEE exam on any marks but for getting college you have to be in any one of the avobe category.

With your rank, it looks quite tough to get government college. Even good private college appears out of question in normal course. Your best bet is management quota of private engineering college.

The admission into Sir J.J College of Architecture is primarily based on the NATA scores only, but on their official website, they have also mentioned about the JEE score card. so I think they admit students based on both NATA and JEE Mains Paper 2 scores. At 90,000, it is very much difficult to get BIT-Mesra because the closing rank for any straeam in BIT-Mesra is about 40,000, but if you belong to the reserved category then you may have a chance to get a seat in BIT-Mesra.

If you are droping a year for JEE Mains then target more than 200+ in JEE Mains to get a college and branch of your choice. However, it will be better for you if you target for JEE Advanced to get admission in a premier institute like IIT.
