Hi,
Preparation for JEE must have the following:
1. Understanding the concepts that are taught in the class or sessions in college.
2. Creating practical view for the concepts that have learned.
3. Working on those concepts with different ways of solutions.
4. Gaining the conceptual knowledge from textbooks and also from other sources.
5. Practicing new problems in the concepts that are learnt.
All the best.

No, you can't do that. You will have to make a choice. You can't sit for offline along with online.

There are no particular requirements. But, you need to be familiar with the system, i.e. take online mocks. They will give you a clear picture of how the exam is being held in online mode and you will also get used to it as sitting in front of the computer screen for 3 hours and with full concentration is not that easy. So, take online mocks which will help you more.

The eligibility criteria for selection in TU is 60% in your PCM at 12 level and 20% weightage of your JEE score. According to your score, I feel there are chances for your selection.
Good luck and best wishes.

Study all NCERT books conceptually. Don't prefer standard books if you have less time.

Yes, it is required because CBSE would track you easily that you have filled the improvement exam or not. So, kindly give the details to JEE Mains apex board for convenience.
