if u have category sc/st then. taking drop is a bad idea. because u may get good colleges.
Bt if u have other category. or u have strong desire 2 do IIT. then go 4 it. otherwise not.

take some gud branches.like cse .mechanical .I m not saying aerospace is a bad choice.but it will be beneficial if u go with iit. .unless leave it.gud luck bro. .but the final decision is in our hands.so think twice avot it

I think it is NIT Patna. you have state quota as you belong to Bihar but your score is low if you are in unreserved category but you should apply for it. hopefully you will get the seat. All the best

you should check out Cutoffs of few Government college of last year which will be easily available from Google, you have almost marks and look like you will get .
