How much do I need to score in JEE mains to get a good college for B. Tech?

250+ and above 90% is very good for general i think you can get any nit. but around 190-200 is also good. i know one student who got 206 in mains 2015 and around 85% in cbse and got cs in nit Jamshedpur which provides very good placement.

What are my chances to get admission in this college? I am expecting 90% in CBSE and around 115 in JEE mains.

You will not get COE or IT since the cutoff for general category in COE is around 5k and 6k for IT. While with your marks you will most probably secure a rank far beyond 20k. Although the chances are less, you may get Biotechnology or MPAE as your branch.
