JEE Main score card is usually valid for one years after JEE Main results are declared. Candidate can make use of the score card up to one years for attaining admission in their choice of institution. You can contact to NATA for official information.

You can attempt JEE Mains for 3 consecutive years. You have already given JEE Mains first time in 2019, so now you have to 2 chance in 2020 and 2021.

You can study aerospace in IIEST Shibpur, one of the best, but for that you need to get very high ranks in JEE Mains, around 15,000 AIR general rank to be on the safe side in the least.

The admission in MNIT/NITs are based on ranks secured in JEE Main exam, While for IITs you have to needs secure a very good rank in JEE Advanced conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers. For admission in NITs the ranks below the 20000 is very good enough for getting admission in NITs, While for IITs these should be below the 10000 in JEE Advanced if belongs to general category.
