If you are not aware about the engineering, then please first ensure whether you are able to study the subjects or else, you should opt for a drop this year and study well for JEE Mains so that you can get a good college.

You should pursue whatever interests you. If you are aiming for a stable job and nice career, you can go for BBA. That will give you many options later on too. You can also pursue BA in Fine Arts or in Foreign Language, that will also give you a very good chance to work abroad. Or Pursue BCA which is also very good in terms of Placements and salary packages.

You should first focus on your JEE scores along with your board exams, don't neglect either. You can't predict the JEE scores but if you are done with your preparation for JEE, start taking test series, the scores will tell you how well prepared to are.

You have good marks in JEE. You can get government colleges of your state it's better to try once in the state-level counselling. Taking drop is not a good option because to get NIT, you must have 75 percentage in 12th so if you take a drop, then also you will not get any NIT software scoring good marks so if you take a drop, you should also try for improvement in board exam, then it will be beneficial.
