You can't get any government architecture college through your JEE score as it's really low, but you may try CEPT Ahmedabad, MS University Baroda, IP University or Vaastu Kala College through your NATA score.

The fee structure of the colleges may vary from college to college. But it is depending on your marks in 12th that how much you will get a scholarship. GNA University is very good and private university for hotel management and also, you can get a scholarship of up to 90 %. Maybe this will help you. Visit the link below:

MSRIT takes admissions on the basis of your NATA for B.Arch and on the basis of COMEDK and KCET for B.Tech courses. Your JEE Mains paper - 2 marks will not be valid for 5-year B.Tech course. Kindly mention your NATA marks.

The general eligibility criteria for admissions to the 4 years of the undergraduate engineering programme offered at PEC states that the candidate needs to complete their +2 from a state /central government recognized educational institution in the state of Pondicherry. Also, the candidate needs to score a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics being the compulsory subjects.

Admission is based on the counselling procedures, so you have to appear in counselling procedures.
Also, the candidate should have 50% above marks in all the exams.

Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHTCET). Vacant seats will be filled by the institute based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains.
