Please do not worry about IIT. There are many better colleges if you really willing to learn. Or willing to do something new. Yes, you can get admission in COEP if you qualify the MHCET. The selection of the candidates for admissions to the 4-year B.Tech programmes offered at the university are accepted on the basis of a valid MHCET or JEE Mains score. MHCET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the DTE (Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra for admissions to first year BE/B.Tech programmes in the state.

Yes, it depends upon the colleges' criteria. If the college allowed you, then you will do it. After all, if you did not get a seat in B.Tech, then you will apply for B.Arch in counselling procedures. As it is depending upon the counselling, the college will tell you that you should apply in this field based upon your counselling rank.

Yes, you have sufficient marks and enough rankings to be able to get into MITS Gwalior. Also, if you are from Madhya Pradesh itself, try for MANIT Bhopal too as home -state quota may lend you a seat there.

With BMS College, it will likely not be possible as the no. of seats are limited and there are lots of reservation and other categories which left a handful of categories for the General students . Also, it accepts only NATA scores and with the mains scores mentioned, the student is likely to get into one of the NITs be it Bhopal NIT, Kozhikode NIT and Calicut NIT.
