It will be quite difficult for you to pay the donation of this institute as the donation of this institute is very high and your family income is also quite low so I'll suggest you drop the idea of taking admission in this college.

See, if you have state domicile certificate then you may get the college in the second round of counselling but if you are of outside Maharashtra then it will be difficult for you to get into the college at this rank.

Don't drop a year. Either go for the improvement exam or take admission. It is only advisable to those to drop an year who have to improve there ranks. Moreover, Bangalore has some of the very good colleges. Try out your luck in the counselling process.
