The necessary scores and ranks can change annually for other state candidates hoping to gain admission to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) Rohtak via JEE Mains. A place in the top 50,000 of the JEE Mains is typically thought to be competitive for admission to well-liked engineering specialties like mechanical or computer science. Cutoffs, however, are affected by a number of variables, including the availability of seats, category bookings, and the general performance of applicants in a particular year.

A rank of 68,000 in JEE Main 2024 makes candidates eligible to secure admission across a few of the popular NITs, GFTIs, and IIITs via the JoSAA counselling process 2024. NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Manipur, NIT Sikkim, NIT Puducherry, etc. accept low rank in JEE Main exam.
With 68,000 rank in JEE MAINS paper 1 and being an OC category candidate, there are pretty good chances that you would get a good government engineering college to pursue your B.Tech.

Your percentile on the JEE exam will be determined by how well you do in comparison to other applicants, even if you are only covering the subject for the 12th grade. Based on your performance in comparison to every other candidate who took the exam nationwide, the JEE Mains percentile is determined. As a result, your percentile would represent how well you performed in relation to the whole test-taking population.

I regret to inform you that admission to MIT College's computer Science engineering programme is not possible with a JEE Mains score of 74.57 %. The first private engineering institute to be founded in Pune, Maharashtra, is Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT). Therefore, for the CSE programme at these esteemed colleges, the JEE Main cutoff percentile usually falls between the 92 and 94 percentile. However, you can also think of other branches, such as E&TC engineering, with this percentage.
