To fill your seats through JEE for B.Tech but it mostly takes the candidates on their performance in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) to get into L D College of Engineering without JEE. Admission process at LDCE:LD College of Engineering which is a government engineering college reserves substantial seats for the students qualifying through GUJCET, state level entrance examination. While it also accepts JEE Main scores for a fraction of the total number upcoming academic seats, GUJCET is essentially accepted Gujarat state residents. VIIT Pune offers admission to its B.Tech program via MHT CET and JEE Mains exams. If you're from the Maharashtra state, you get admission by taking the MHT-CET exam, which fills 85% of the seats. But if you're from anywhere else in India, you have to take the JEE Mains exam, which fills the remaining 15% of the seats.

The JEE cutoff for Sangam University in 2023 was around 50-60 percentile.

Sangam University accepts several entrance exam scores for admission to the B.Tech program. The primary exams include:

  1. Sangam University Admission Test (SUAT): This is the university's own entrance examination specifically designed for admissions.
  2. JEE Main: Scores from the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main are also accepted for B.Tech admissions.

With a JEE Mains percentile of 47 and 55% in your 12th grade, your chances of getting into a government college are quite limited. Though Government colleges and top NITs require higher percentiles (above 90) for admission. There are some colleges with lower ranks you can consider that are

  • Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar
  • National Institute of Technology Agartala
  • Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra

With a SC category rank of 123669 in JEE Mains, you may have limited options for admission to IIITs. Based on previous years' cutoffs, IIIT Kota had Closing rank around 6955, IIIT Guwahati Closing rank around 7369, IIIT Sri City, Chittoor Closing rank around 7229.

you can also consider using online college predictors or rank predictors that can give you an estimate of the colleges you can get based on your rank. Keep in mind that these predictors are not always accurate, and the actual cutoff marks may vary from year to year.
