JEE Main Cutoff for Indira Gandhi University (IGU) in 2024:
- The overall cutoff rank for JEE Main at IGU in 2023 was 205,379 for Round 1 in the General Category.
- In 2022, the JEE Main cutoff for IGU in the General Category was 174,307.

The previous year category cutoff rank in NIT Surat was 19361 in Civil Engineering. While the AIR rank was 353269. So, the chances of getting NIT Surat are very low. Similar chances of getting IIIT Vadodara are also very low.

JEE Main is an important exam that the students must prepare before hand if they are aspiring to choose Engineering. Similarly for admission to I2IT Pune, JEE Mains scores are important. Another accepted entrance exam is MHT CET. If students could not qualify JEE Main then worry not, admissions are possible through MHT CET scores. Clearing one of them is necessary.

There isn't any minimum score required for Biochemical Engineering itself. However, it is recommeneded to score a good rank in JEE Main in order to get a specialisation of your choice.
Moreover, it also depends from university to university as the eligibility crietria vary.

Even with a rank as low as 222,000, entry into a desired college for Aeronautical Engineering might not be possible due to high cutoffs. You can, however, seek admission in colleges based on your JEE Mains scores. Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science offers Aeronautical Engineering at Chennai. School of Aeronautics SOA, Neemrana, Rajasthan, takes admission based on JEE Mains scores. Apart from these, there are institutions like Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology and SRM Institute of Science and Technology which do offer related courses and may take up your rank. Admission to the Army Institute of Technology (AIT) Pune's Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) programme may be difficult, but not impossible, with a 90.06 percentile and a 148954 Common Rank List (CRL) rank in JEE Mains. AIT Pune generally admits people with a defence background, and the cutoff ranks change year according on the amount of applicants and available seats. While your rank is higher, you may still have a chance, especially if you meet the defence quota. It is recommended that you review the most recent cutoffs, participate in the counselling process, and look at other good engineering colleges.

Yes . You can join C.U.Shah University without JEE Mains examination for B.Tech . The university accepts the GUJCET exam scores also for admission process.
GUJCET - Gujarat Common Entrance Test.
The GUJCET exam is conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). The exam is conducted yearly once . The mode of the exam is purely offline i.e with pen and paper and conducted across various dedicated exam centers accross Gujarat.
So if you're planning to get into C.U.Shah University without JEE Mains, it is necessary to write the GUJCET exam and get valid scores .

For ST category candidates, 33% might or might not be the passing marks in the JEE Main exam. In the JEE Main exam, there is no fixed passing mark or cut-off percentage. The qualifying cut-off for JEE Main varies each year. You must research thoroughly before coming to a conclusion on the cutoff range for ST category candidates.
