Yes, Capital University prefers JEE Main score for admission to BTech programme. JEE Main is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA. Aspirants can also apply with their CUET score and merit in the last qualifying exam for admission. Once selected, aspirants need to confirm their seat in the university by paying the course fee.

Yes, Career Point University accepts JEE Main score and Class 12 result for filling 20% seats in BTech programme. Such candidates are eligible for direct admission in the course. Besides, candidates can also appear for CPU-EST which is an eligibility and scholarship test conducted for admission to BTech course.

No, you cannot take admission in DPG Institute of Technology and Management for B.Tech without JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). Their admission process for B.Tech relies on a valid score in JEE Main [sources on DPG website].
There is an option for lateral entry into the second year of B.Tech, but that also requires scores from LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test).

Admission to the BSc programme offered at IIT Mandi will be entirely entrance-based. JEE Advanced admit card will be released by the exam conducting authority around the month of May. The exam will be held in the same month for IIT Mandi BSc course admission.

If you're looking for admission at some NIT with 8723 EWS general rank in JEE Mains for Computer Science and Engineering, then it is possible to get NIT Delhi and NIT Calicut for the CSE course. You can also opt for some other NITs, like NIT Srinagar, NIT Manipur, NIT Puducherry, and NIT Arunachal Pradesh. No, you can't get a government college with an 849000 rank in JEE MAINS, especially for popular branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Electrical Engineering (EE). You should try for private colleges. If you have any reservations, like if you belong to SC/ST category then you can look for some GFTIs.

If you are from general category then it is impossible to get even a college at your rank. But by applying all the available qoutas you can get 1 or 2 bad government college at your rank.

Yes sure for Some of Government College and Some of NITs too.
Try for Manit Bhopal or other you can get some colleges where you can get Computer science engineering or its Machine Learning or Artificial intelligence or IOT.
