Yes, Ramjas offers MA in Japanese. Placement cell is very active, many companies visit this college regarding placements.
It is one of the finest colleges of Delhi University.

Yes, you will definitely get admission.
Eligibility for this course is as follows:
10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks. Once this is fulfilled, you can apply for any certificate course in Ramjas College. Ramjas College has an offline admission process. So, you'd have to visit the college and go through the required procedure in order to get admission.

Admissions are to be closed because the last date of admission is ended. But you can try your luck by visiting the college and talk to the concerned authority or admission commute. If the seats are vacant they will give you admission.

I would say go for B.Ed and then pursue MA, and then pursue B.Ed. Try to do it from Professional Universities like Lovely Professional University, Amity University etc. So that, you have better placement options and learning experience.
