If you opt for a course taught in German language, then obviously, your language proficiency comes into the picture. The university will even ask for a TestDaF Zertifikat. Unfortunately, most of the courses are offered in Deutsch as the locals would very rarely go for English learning.

Sorry, with 44.4% marks, you won't be eligible to apply for M.A in Mass Communication as for this course, you need to have minimum 50% marks in graduation.

Hi, The application form can be submitted online through the official IGNOU website. Eligible candidates are required to appear for the entrance test conducted by the university for admission to M.Phil/ Ph.D. course.
