IFIM College of Law Admission 2025: Eligibility, Fees, Dates & Selection Criteria

IFIM College of Law offers admission to candidates based on their entrance exam scores. Candidates can apply at the college based on their score in CLAT, LSAT, AILET or CUET for BBA LLB. For LLB, aspirants must have a valid score in CUET-PG. Besides, the college also conducts IFIM Scholastic Aptitude Test to shortlist aspirants for admission. 

IFIM College of Law does consider CLAT scores for admission to BBA LLB programme. However, it is not mandatory. Aspirants can also get admission based on their scores in CUET, LSAT or AILET. Candidates can also appear for ISAT conducted by the college for admission to BBA LLB course. Selected candidates also have to pass a PI round for final admission.

IFIM College of Law shortlists candidates based on their entrance exam at the first level. Those who are selected are further called for a personal interview round. Hence, aspirants must pass both entrance exam and PI round for a seat in the college. PI is applicable for both BBA LLB and LLB programmes. 

Aspirants who have passed Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for BBA LLB programme at IFIM College of Law. Candidates must have relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also have a valid score in CUET, AILET, LSAT or CLAT for admission. Candidates without a score in any of the accepted entrance exams can appear for ISAT conducted by IFIM.

IFIM College of Law does accept CUET-PG scores for admission to LLB programme. However, candidates without CUET-PG score can also get admission based on their performance in ISAT. IFIM Scholastic Aptitude Test is conducted by the college to shortlist aspirants for admission to LLB programme. Additionally, aspirants also need to pass a PI round for final selection.

IFIM College of Law has not specified the minimum or maximum age limit for any of the offered programmes. However, aspirants must fulfill the educational requirements to apply for admission. Candidates need to pass Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate for BBA LLB. Those who have completed graduation in any stream can apply for LLB programme at IFIM College of Law.

The BBA LLB tuition fee at IFIM College of Law is to be paid annually. The tuition fee for BBA LLB is INR 2 lakh per year. For the duration of five years, the total tuition fee amounts to INR 10 lakh. Aspirants are selected based on their performance in the entrance exam. IFIM Bangalore conducts the IFIM Scholastic Aptitude Test (ISAT) for admission to the Law courses. IFIM School of Law provides merit scholarship to students pursuing a course from the institute. The merit scholarships will be equivalent to 50 and 25% of the tuition fee based on the scholarship criteria. Below is the criteria for Merit Scholarship:

• Candidate should have undergone the IFIM selection process
• Earned qualifying marks prescribed for the merit scholarships

Students must maintain 80% and above in each semester through the course to continue the IFIM School of Law scholarship. The attendance should be 80% and above throughout. Besides, students should not have any backlogs in any of the semesters during the course of study. 

The renewal of scholarship must be done on time with submission of the marksheet copy of each semester. The student is considered only for the scholarship throughout the course.
