As you say you have done M.A. In Personnel Management and PGDBM, according to this you can appear for the NET exam in UGC NET Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management and UGC NET Computer Science & Applications. Firstly, it depends on your interest. If you want to be a primary teacher, you have to do D.El.Ed course. If you want to be a professor/lecturer then you may opt MA and then you have to complete the eligibility criterion for that.

Hello Sail,
These days almost all universities have started an entrance test for admission to all PG courses. Hence you will need to appear and pass this to become eligible for admission. But then actual admission depends on your marks in BA.
