Hello Anurag, It's nice to know that you are interested in Geography. Yes, you can take admission in DU. However, DU conducts an entrance exam for admission to the PG courses and you will have to appear and clear with good marks. In addition, I am afraid that it will now be feasible for next year only. If you have done B.A. Or equivalent in Hindi literature /theatre /fine arts, you can get admission in any prestigious university /college through attaining good marks in these entrance exam. Most of the universities like DU, BHU, JNU, University of Hyderabad, University of Madras, University of Calcutta, etc. Are best for M.A. In Hindi theater /drama. For admission in M.A in Sociology, you need to have completed B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology from a recognized University are eligible.

No, if you have done your graduation in psychology. Or else if psychology is one of your subjects in graduation, then you can pursue M.A. from Delhi University.
