The only information available on the website is that it has only limited seats and admissions are offered on the basis of merit only. The eligibility for the course is that candidates must have completed graduation with honours/general or pass (10+2+3) in the respective subject with full 300 marks at the graduation level.

Now interdisciplinary research in Ph.D. is allowed and it makes possible for you to pursue Ph.D. in the domains like Humanities and Social Sciences. You need to keep an eye on the opening of the admission process and application forms for Ph.D. in universities. This is the right time to see because, in the month of August and September, there shall be many universities starting the admission process for Ph.D. Along with the government. Universities, private Universities also offer Ph.D. on a large scale. There are entrance/selection tests.

University of Mumbai has 4 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels. All the hostels have basic amenities like water purifiers, common room, recreation room, mess, TV, laundry services, security and surveillance system, etc.

There would be approximately 150 seats.

As per me, the last date for submitting the application form of government universities has gone. You may apply online in Amity University.
