M.Ed. is the degree which can be done after B.Ed. only.
but M.A Education is equivalent to M.Ed. M.A education is a Two Year Degree and can be done after B.A.

Panjab University is the oldest one among the two and has a legacy of scholars. But recently, in the last decade in fact, the standards of study has gone down with the less number of faculty members. It is true that places also teach but I shall suggest IP University for this.

M.Phil. through distance mode is not available anywhere in India now. I don't mean IGNOU, but universities like CDLU or KUK do not offer these anymore.
