Hello Mr Kaushik,
Normally, no university allows a student to pursue PG (MA) in a subject if the student has not studied that subject at the level of graduation. Same is the case with Dibrugarh University also.

Hello dear,
Both are different courses and having a different scope. Choose the career path of your interest that will help you in the future. If you have interest in computer fields then go for M.A. If you have interest in psychology, then go for M.A.

Hello Vasudha,
Normally speaking, students are allowed to appear for entrance exam even if results of the qualifying exam is not announced. But the university has to wait for admission process till it declares results of the qualifying exam. If you are from different university then you may lose out if your university does not declare the results in time.

Hello Sruthy,
It's not the question of validity. Can a student really study for two PG courses simultaneously is the issue? Perhaps legal option would be to pursue one course in college and another via distance mode.
